Yoga.
Yoga, for me, is not about moving my body so that I look a certain way, land in a perfect shape, or attain a certain level of fitness. It is a practice of acceptance, compassion, and awakening.It is a space where I can be in any state – a place for me to soften and breathe through life’s challenges – it is a place where love always exists even in midst of the fog. It is the still point in motion where connecting to my heart is inevitable.
