Staying Connected

I know so many of us want to withdraw from the craziness of the outside world, I absolutely have that instinct in me. Yet, I am feeling more passionate than ever to stay connected to help support in any way that I can as we ride these treacherous waves.

There is much darkness looming in these days ahead and also simultaneously a fire that has been lit in so many to rise up and show up in empowering ways.For themselves. For their families and communities. For the world at large. 

We all need community and connection, there is no doubt. I am feeling inspired to offer as many opportunities as I can in these coming months and years for women to gather.

I value deeply the need to stay connected to other women on the path as a lifeline...to create spaces and places for women to land in their bodies, their hearts, and in themselves in safety with vulnerability and authenticity.

Spaces and places where we can all drop the armor and BE exactly where we are in ourselves in any given moment. To stay embodied in ourselves so that we can continuously rise up in our spines and meet whatever layer of healing is needed.

So, as these wheels of life turn, I will be continuously adding on events and opportunities to come together, as women, to connect with and move our bodies, to be in community, to open and soften our hearts, to release pent-up emotion, to tap into our creativity, and to remember that we are not alone. 

THIS SUNDAY I will be offering a *by donation* POP UP Women's Event from 2pm - 4pm. Dance/Writing/Rest/Women's Circle/COMMUNITY. These POP UPS are a wonderful and affordable way to connect with community, check out what this dance thing is all about, and meet me.
