What is Body-Centered Holistic Coaching?
Body-Centered Holistic Coaching is all about reconnecting with your body’s wisdom. When we listen closely, the body has powerful messages to share. True healing begins by dropping into the body, releasing accumulated tension and stored emotions, and uncovering the deeper truths of who we are. It’s a journey of self-discovery that allows us to heal and align with our most authentic selves.
This unique and powerful path of coaching and guidance uses Somatic Therapies, Body Awareness, Mindfulness, Movement, and a wide array of other Holistic Wellness Modalities.
How do we heal from the inside out?
Healing from the inside out starts by reconnecting with your body—the place where your emotions and experiences are stored. If you’ve spent years suppressing or disconnecting from your body, it’s normal to feel hesitant or unsure. But with patience and support, we can gently unwind these tensions and begin to heal from the inside out.

During your journey, we’ll use regression as a reminder. While it is normal to experience some regression, we can remember what actually feels aligned and "good" for us and we can make the choice to pivot at any given moment.
We will focus on nourishment beyond your physical needs, encompassing everyday, small moments in your life from relationships to your conversations to your environment.
