Alison has been in private practice for holistic bodywork and healing since 2001, has been a yoga, movement, and meditation practitioner since 1996, and has taught yoga since 2003 in various venues and location.
Alison joyfully serves women in navigating the sustainable healing process through her One-On-One Body-Centered Holistic Empowerment Coaching Sessions.
She runs holistically-based virtual women’s groups year round called The Acceptance Circle.
She is the Founder and Facilitator of the IN POWER WOMENS COMMUNITY and Events empowering soul-aligned women to embody who they are through 4-hour deep dives.
She is launching her signature program, Healing the Divide: Repairing the Gap Between Men and Women, in 2023. A 6-month journey of healing and inquiry around love, intimacy, dating, and partnership.
Alison is a Movement Educator with an extensive background in dance, yoga, and other creative movement practices.
