Fall Women’s Retreat

with Alison Rothman and Tara King

Grace in Grief

A Moving Journey of Renewal, Release

and Re-Emergence

Prana del Mar | Baja, Mexico | October 27th - November 1st, 2025

We will dive deep at Prana del Mar, an exquisite venue on the tip of the Baja, the perfect container to hold our process while tapping into this potent time of the year, Dia De Los Muertos, where the veils are thin and the potentiality of descending into the underworld is potent.

Our retreats are uniquely structured to help you experience new growth, self-discovery, inner connection, and peace in your body and heart.

About this special Women’s Retreat

These past many years have been a deep journey through layers of grief and loss for so many. It is important to create the platform and opportunity for ourselves to move the energy, access the emotion around the loss and upheaval, connect with those that have passed, and renew ourselves on an embodied level.

Using time-honored insights and embodiment practices ~ dance, yoga, circle and creative processes ~ to connect with yourself, other women and the wisdom from your seen and unseen guides and protectors.

Letting go and reclaiming energy to emerge renewed.

Disconnecting from what was to connect to the possibility of what can be.

Our Location

Prana del Mar is a truly magical and healing retreat center on the southernmost tip of the Baja in Mexico. This exquisite venue is isolated away from the chaos and touristy areas of Mexico, and is surrounded by healing desert and miles upon miles of untouched ocean.

From their excellent and attentive guest service, beautiful and nourishing food, quiet and contained environment, gorgeous and peaceful surroundings…it is the perfect environment to heal, to grow, to unwind, and to rejuvenate.

  • “The retreat in Mexico was a magical and transformative experience. It was masterfully crafted by Alison and the juxtaposition of desert and ocean lended itself to healing in so many ways. Along with the nutritious meals, yoga, journaling, dance and warm, open sharing circles, I was able to drop in and peel back an additional layer of trauma. I wish I could return every year and highly recommend it to any woman wanting to connect, heal, and grow!”
