Integration and Assimilation

The past several weeks has been A LOT on a planetary level. I am not an astrologer by any stretch of the imagination, yet am attuned to the workings of the planets, stars, and moon cycles. I am a believer because I have seen and felt time and time again the tangible impact of the various transits....and....the eclipses.

This past "eclipse season", that was bookended by last weekend’s Full Moon, was an exfoliation of so many layers of old gunk.

It was an opportunity to get to the marrow of who we are. The essence of our truest selves and access to aligned direction moving forward.

Have you been feeling this?

Many are being birthed anew... changed from deep within. They are being cracked open to new possibilities of living, being, relating, working, and moving through the world on the whole.

And now we are in the integration time after the peeling away of the eclipses.
We are in that time of acclimating to a new vibration and way of living.

This is not to be feared, but rather embraced as the chips begin to fall as they may. Relationships are evolving as we change.

This is a natural aspect of human evolution, and yet, so many fear the process of change.

However, if we can embrace these times of integration and truly use them to acclimate ourselves in a new way through turning within, resting, unplugging, convening with the trees, meditating, nourishing, moving our bodies, hydrating, connecting with aligned humans (etc!), we have the opportunity to grow in immeasurable ways in ourselves and in our lives.

Wherever you are on your trajectory of life, in the aftermath of this planetary shake up...sink into it, breathe into it, release what is no longer serving with blessings and love and reverence.

Hold each other with the highest regard.
Honor the uniqueness of each individuals life path and journey.

And, as always, TRUST in this wild unfolding of our human lives.

Sending unwavering love, support, and belief in the good of humanity. I am always out here for connection.

Take good care of yourselves and be kind to each other.

As always, if you are struggling, please know that you are not alone.
