Leaning Into the Unknown

Most people I know are on the precipice of some big changes in their lives. They are quite aware that the old, in the past, outdated “stuff” is no longer relevant, applicable, resonant, aligned, and serving who they are now. Yet,  it feels as though a lot of the changes that are swirling come with an unknown outcome.

There may be a sense of a direction that one is moving in…however, the exact trajectory may not yet be clear.

It feels as though we are in the birth canal of a birthing process, yet, not all the way through to the light and full expansion.  We are certainly receiving glimmers of that light and potentiality. Can you relate to this? Where in your life are you changing?

The call today, in this moment, is about leaning into that unknown. Rather than resisting or become fearful or contracted or overwhelmed by that unknown…lean into it, get curious about yourself in midst of it, locate yourself in that unknown space that is bubbling.

How do you feel in your body? What helps you to feel grounded and anchored in the unknown?

When we can fully embrace and immerse ourselves in the transitions of our lives, we learn so much about who we are. We have the opportunity to create changes in our lives that are embodied and aligned, in integrity with who we are now.

We start to more skillful in how we move through the world and the stickier moments of life. We are able to stay present in the unknown and uncertainty that is human life and its varying transitions. We are there.

We are not disconnected and living in the past, pining for the future, or completely overwhelmed and anxious in these moments. Rather, we find peace in ourselves through our breath…through our senses…through every stop along the way of our individual life’s journey. We stay with ourselves and as connected as we possibly can in the moment.

Wherever this message might find you….
